Known Issue: We run scripts to update several of the GIS data layers (SDE) overnight. There are times during the night when the parcels, streets and/or parcel dimension annotation are unavailable as they get updated.

Phone line is available 8:30 am - 5:15 PM. We make every effort to respond to email next business day.

Please include the date and time your problem occurred, the type of connection you are using (dial-up, DSL, cable, T1 Line), browser and version (example: Internet Explorer 6.0) and the operating system you use (Windows XP, Windows 2000, Mac etc). If you receive an error message - the details of that are also helpful; screenshots or descriptions can be emailed to our helpdesk.
